What You Will Learn

You will develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential for rifle fundamentals, as well as how to utilize different shooting positions for effective marksmanship.

In the classroom, you will learn the mechanical differences between bolt action, lever action and semi-automatic rifles, how to select and inspect ammunition, and how to safely clean a rifle. On the firing range, through this tailored instruction, you will build precise shooting fundamentals—including sight alignment, grip, and trigger control—culminating in a live fire qualification where you will put your new marksman skills into practice.
